What changed in Clockify's Free plan
According to CAKE.com's announcement of April 21, 2026, these features moved to Clockify's paid plans: Kiosk, billable hours, limited users, shared reports, project time estimates, and CSV/Excel report export. The Free plan was also limited to 5 users, 3 webhooks per workspace, 30 API requests per hour per workspace, and report date ranges of up to a month. CAKE.com says existing paid users are not affected.

What HourSlip does not have
HourSlip has no teams or shared workspaces, no tags, no public API and no cloud sync. It is built for one person on one computer. If you need those, Clockify or another team tool is the better fit.
Moving your history
HourSlip imports CSV files from its own export and from Toggl Track detailed reports. We have not tested Clockify's CSV export, so we don't claim it will import.
